House Cleaner

I'm searching for a dependable house cleaner who can assist with one-time, move-out cleaning. This includes cleaning the kitchen: refrigerator, stove, kitchen cabinets, and floor. This also includes mopping the basement and cleaning the bathroom. I would like the old carpets throughout the apartment to be vacuumed even though they will be removed and replaced with new flooring. I would also like help dusting the baseboards in all of the rooms and washing the insides of six windows. Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc.)? I live in a older home, a duplex with three stories. Thank you for your time.
