The Cafe General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position will oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, uphold quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and inviting environment.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in food service, hospitality, or business management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
