Maintenance Working Superintendent (Landscaping & Snow Removal)

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Working Superintendent to oversee and actively participate in landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance operations for a medium-sized company. This role requires a strong leader who is willing to work alongside the team while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping and groundskeeping operations
• Oversee and assist with snow removal during winter months
• Perform and manage general maintenance tasks across properties
• Lead, train, and support crew members
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and meets quality standards
• Monitor equipment usage and report repair or replacement needs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in landscaping, snow removal, and/or property maintenance required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to operate landscaping and snow removal equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage a team effectively
• Valid driver’s license required
