What You’ll Do
- Frame residential/commercial structures
- Install walls, floors, roofs & trusses
- Read blueprints & measure accurately
- Use hand & power tools safely
- Keep work level, square, and clean
- Follow safety guidelines
What You Need
- Framing/carpentry experience (preferred)
- Roof truss experience (a plus)
- Can read tape measure & plans
- Lift 50+ lbs & work at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Team player with good work ethic
Tools Required
Bring your own basic tools (hammer, tape, square, tool belt, etc.)
Bonus Skills
- Circular saw, drill, nail gun, Sawzall
Work Conditions
- Outdoor work in all weather
- Ladders, scaffolding, physical labor
PPE Required
Hard hat • Safety glasses • Work boots • Gloves
