Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to support machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and materials
- Load/edit CNC programs and monitor machining processes
- Perform milling, turning, drilling, and other operations
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Read blueprints, SOPs, and SolidWorks drawings
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic tool maintenance
- Maintain production records in Epicor (ERP)
- Follow safety standards and support process improvements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of CNC operation, setup, and programming experience
- Manufacturing experience (metalworking, tooling, bending)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with manual and CNC machines (lathe & mill)
- Knowledge of G-code and program editing
- Experience with measuring tools and inspection techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
Preferred:
- Technical school training
- Experience with SolidWorks and Mastercam
