We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Services Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a positive HR experience across the organization.
The HR Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related questions and requests, providing timely and accurate support while ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, a strong customer service background, and at least 1 year of HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment matters
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and internal HR support channels
- Support HR transactions and maintain accurate employee records in Workday
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex HR matters when needed
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless HR support experience
- Contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR service initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of HR experience required
- Payroll and Benefits experience PREFERRED.
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience using Workday required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
