Food Manufacturing Facility

Pay: $16.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Mandatory Overtime: Occasional Saturdays | Typically 8 AM – 2:00 PM, Weekdays- If needed to finish production.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Temperature-controlled facility (approximately 61–65°ree;F)
• Frequent walking in and out of freezer areas
• Fast-paced production setting
• Standing, bending, pushing, and lifting throughout the shift

LIGHT PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE – $16/HR
Openings: 2

Responsibilities:
• Assist with packaging and labeling products
• Prepare ingredients and materials for production
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Support multiple production departments as needed
• Work in cold and freezer-access areas

Requirements:
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Light lifting, bending, and repetitive motion required
• Spanish-speaking candidates required for training
• Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required

HEAVY PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE – $16/HR
Openings: 2

Responsibilities:
• Lift and handle ingredient bags up to 50 lbs continuously
• Assist with batching, cooking, and bagging processes
• Operate pallet jacks and production equipment
• Measure ingredients accurately using basic math skills
• Cross-train in multiple production departments

Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout shift
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Food production, medical packaging, or vacuum sealing experience is a plus
