Job Description
A full-service regional law firm in North Seattle is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team, to work on a variety of matters including employment law, real estate disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation and other civil and commercial cases.
The base salary range for this position is 130k-180k DOE with additional uncapped bonus earnings tied to personal revenue collected. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance (all 100% paid premiums by the firm); participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with 3% match and unlimited days of paid vacation, 1 hour of paid sick leave per 40 hours worked, and 9 paid holidays per calendar year. They offer a hybrid style environment with two days to work from home weekly (if desired) once completed with onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings and counsel clients
- Conduct legal research
- Interpret laws and rulings
- Confer with colleagues with specialty in certain areas for optimal client outcomes
- Draft all necessary legal documents relating to clients' cases in a timely and consistent manner
- Represent clients in court, alternate dispute resolution and trial
- Meet an annual billable hour expectation of 1680

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in Washington in good standing.
• At least 3 years of experience handling civil/commercial litigation matters in Washington.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and written advocacy skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment while maintaining a significant in-office presence.
