Company Description
We’re hiring a hands-on Powder Coat Technician to join our team!
First shift - Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm
Second Shift-Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am
What You’ll Do:
- Powder coat parts to customer specs
- Set up and operate paint equipment
- Use basic hand tools for setup and troubleshooting
- Complete production paperwork (Epicor experience a plus)
- Perform quality checks to ensure high standards
- 1+ year powder coating or painting experience
- 2+ years in manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable wearing a respirator
- High school diploma
- Basic math and reading skills
- Follow all safety/PPE guidelines
