EA/PA to CEO – Technology Start-Up
$130–175k base DOE + equity + benefits
An incredibly high-growth technology start-up is looking for a sophisticated and tech-savvy Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support their CEO. The company is doing exceptionally well and offers a culture that empowers its employees.
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite
Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm ET, with the flexibility to be responsive after hours.
Experience: Seeking Executive Assistants with experience working in high-growth start-ups, hedge funds, or supporting UHNWI. The EA/PA must bring a sophisticated approach to calendar management, prioritizing their executive’s business and personal time, and business relationship mapping.
Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Executive Support: Complex calendar management and prioritizing the CEO’s time; ensuring the CEO is fully briefed on the context of all meetings and prepped beforehand.
- Stakeholder Relations: Properly interfacing with key stakeholders and investors; managing NDAs and ensuring total discretion.
- Operational Systems: Setting up systems to proactively adjust to the CEO’s needs and take tasks off their plate.
- Events & Conferences: Attending NYC-based events and conferences with the CEO, navigating the environment to ensure the CEO remains timely.
- Travel Coordination: Booking complex domestic and international travel arrangements for both business and personal trips.
- Personal/Household Management: Coordinating vendors, scheduling contractors, ordering groceries, and handling personal errands. Coordinating with personal staff to ensure family life runs seamlessly.

- Tech-Savvy: Extremely comfortable leveraging technology/tools to drive efficiency; this is a core requirement for the team.
- Highly Proactive: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and completely organize the CEO's time when being pulled in different directions.
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Absolute integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Detail-Oriented: Focused on high-level execution without needing to be micromanaged.
- Adaptable: Comfortable transitioning between high-level business interfacing and household management tasks.
- Excellent Communication: Professional, responsive, and poised when representing the CEO.
