Pet Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Hello my dog Chiquita is almost 2 and a Jack Chi mix she is 12 lbs but very fearful of nail clippers I physically can't hold her and clip her nails. I do have a muzzle I just need someone who knows how to handle fearful dogs.
