We’re seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-supported primary care practice in Stillwater, New York. What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
✅ Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and injuries
✅ Perform wellness exams, screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
✅ Collaborate closely with an APP within the practice
✅ Participate in a light shared call rotation supported by RN triage
✅ Option to teach medical students and precept NP/PA students
✅ Opportunity to participate in hospital medicine and leadership initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000 based on experience
Productivity incentives available starting day one
Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus paid with first paycheck
$25,000 retention bonus at start of second year

Candidate Requirements

✅ Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
✅ Truly Board Eligible candidates accepted
✅ Active New York License or willing to obtain
✅ Minimum 1 year primary care experience required
✅ ACLS Certification required
✅ DEA required
✅ Clean malpractice and licensing history required
✅ NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days required at presentation
❌ No visa candidates
❌ No locums candidates

✔️ Client cannot clear local candidates within 30 miles of the facility
✔️ Trinity Health does not reimburse credentialing fees
✔️ Providers should be interested in long-term commitment to the practice
