Women's Health Physician | Strong Income, Light Schedule, Established Patient Base

We’re hiring a Women’s Health Physician in Monroe, New York who is looking for strong income, a balanced schedule, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

This role focuses on comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including pregnancy management, reproductive health, and surgical services. You’ll spend three days in clinic or surgery, along with one 24-hour hospital call per week. The position offers autonomy while working alongside a supportive, collaborative care team.

What we’re looking for
• Board Certified physician in women’s health
• Active New York medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable managing both routine and complex obstetric cases
• Collaborative approach with midwives and advanced practice providers
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Experience in both clinic and hospital settings

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $325,000 to $375,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
