Wound Care Physician (New Graduates Welcome)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Wound Care Physician to join a growing multidisciplinary healthcare team in Texas. This opportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment focused on high-quality wound care management, procedural practice, and comprehensive patient treatment across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with chronic and complex wounds.

· Perform wound care procedures and oversee individualized treatment plans.

· Identify and manage patients appropriate for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT).

· Provide both outpatient wound care services and inpatient consultations as needed.

· Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and clinical support teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

· Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical protocols.

· Participate in patient care planning and quality improvement initiatives.

· Support efficient clinic workflows focused on delivering quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

· MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

· Board Certified or Board Eligible.

· Active and unrestricted medical license (or willingness to obtain licensure in Texas).

· Active DEA license preferred.

· Experience in wound care, internal medicine, family medicine, or surgery preferred.

· Interest in a procedural-based outpatient practice.

· Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.

· Motivated candidates with a strong commitment to wound care are highly preferred.
