We’re hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Foley, Alabama who wants outpatient balance, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to practice with purpose along the Gulf Coast.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care for adult patients. There’s no inpatient responsibility and no call, thanks to a dedicated hospitalist program. You’ll have protected administrative time and strong clinical support so you can focus fully on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $200,000
• Average earnings $240,000–$250,000 with RVU incentives
• Sign-on bonus available
