DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY

Rancho Mirage, California (Coachella Valley)

Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed)
• Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 – $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)
• Full Benefits: Full benefits package offered (details to be confirmed)
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $12,000 based on expenses
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Case-by-case basis

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Licensure: Eligible for California medical licensure
• Skillset:  Strong general diagnostic radiology skillset; subspecialty reads welcomed (excluding breast imaging and MSK)
• Experience:  Open to experienced physicians and 2027–2028 residents/fellows
• Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis
