Dog Walker/Pet Sitter - Now Hiring

• We’re a long-standing local pet care company (serving Concord, Carlisle, Maynard, Acton, and Lincoln, MA since 1998!) made up of animal lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and genuinely kind humans.

• Yes, we take our work seriously – but we also laugh a lot, spend our days outside, and get paid to hang out with some pretty great dogs and cats.
• We’re looking for dedicated dog walkers and genuine pet lovers to join our team on a part-time basis. If you’ve cared for animals and want to learn more, we’ve got the training covered.
• Staff will work 10-20 hours per week to start. Schedules are determined by your availability, performance, and client demand. Some experienced staff work up to 30 hours per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Walk, hike, play with, and care for dogs (and cats!).
• Visit pets in their home for neighborhood walks and visits, or head out for adventures on local trails.
• Utilize our mobile app for check-ins, updates, and communications during visits.

Requirements:

• Availability at least 3 weekdays a week, with a 4+ hour block between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This is not a summer job/seasonal position.
• A reliable, insured, pet-friendly car (we supply seatbelts + seat covers).
• A modern smartphone capable of running an industry-leading scheduling app.
• Be comfortable driving, walking, and working outdoors in all weather and seasons.

Pay & Perks:

• $18 to $23 per hour + 100% tips.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Own a personal vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto liability insurance
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Background check
• Speaks English
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with low temperatures
• Reads English
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
• Available to work: weekdays

• Willing to travel locally
