Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures.
• Check guests in and out during overnight shifts, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and overnight activities
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and managing reservations as needed
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during overnight hours

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
