About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Play Datez Child Development Center as an Assistant Teacher! This exciting opportunity allows you to inspire young minds and support their growth in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate play and educational activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and activities.
Help with meal preparation and ensure proper hygiene practices.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education degree preferred.
Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Background check clearance required.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for child care.
