Food Runner / Expeditor - Lalla Grill at The Dunes Promenade (Marina).

Pay: $16.90 per hour + tips.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Shifts: Night Time.

Join our team at Lalla Grill, a full-service restaurant located at The Dunes Promenade in Marina! Lalla Grill and El Charrito operate together under one roof, offering both a full-service dining experience and a casual counter-service option. With shared kitchen operations and vibrant indoor/outdoor dining spaces, we create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented, and team-focused Food Runner / Expeditor who thrives in a high-energy environment and plays a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality food to our guests.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guests.
  • Ensure plates are complete, properly presented, and match tickets before leaving the kitchen.
  • Act as a communication link between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Assist in organizing tickets and coordinating timing of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas.
  • Support servers and bussers as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Communicate any issues, delays, or special requests clearly and efficiently.
  • Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, and allergy considerations.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2-3 years of restaurant experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required shortly after hire.
