Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand data needs and support projects.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future business performance and opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.
- Present complex data analyses and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong analytical background.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
