Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including periodontal therapy, scaling, root planing, and routine prophylaxis in a fast-paced setting.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments, including oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and reviewing medical histories.

• Take diagnostic digital X-rays and intraoral impressions efficiently.

• Deliver impactful patient education regarding oral hygiene, preventative care, and customized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, detailed electronic clinical documentation and patient records.

• Work collaboratively with dentists and clinical support staff to ensure seamless patient care and optimal daily flow.

Qualifications

• Degree or Certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.

• Active Maine RDH License (or eligibility to obtain one).

• Strong clinical judgment and exceptional patient communication skills.

Schedule

• Monday through Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Thursdays: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
