You will function as a vital technical expert, executing high-end exterior residential remodeling projects with uncompromised craftsmanship. This role provides the field independence to translate architectural designs into precise physical installations while working within a service-first environment. How You Will Make An Impact

• Perform premium structural exterior remodeling and renovation work on high-end residential properties.
• Read, evaluate, and interpret complex architectural blueprints, sketches, and engineering documents.
• Operate specialized hand tools, precision power machinery, and trade equipment safely and effectively.
• Install, configure, and repair high-grade siding, residential windows, doors, and exterior components.
• Measure, cut, and shape construction materials meticulously to match exact project design specifications.
• Maintain an immaculate, highly organized job site layout to eliminate field hazards and optimize efficiency.
• Mentor and guide apprentices or less experienced trade workers on proper structural installation techniques.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High degree of attention to detail necessary to deliver elite, client-facing exterior finishes.
• Solid technical capacity to operate independently from sketches and follow complex building instructions.
• High personal reliability, strict punctuality, and a proactive commitment to site safety practices.
• Physical resilience required to perform demanding outdoor field labor throughout the local residential region.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and a clear dedication to high-quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Five or more years of hands-on experience specializing in residential exterior remodeling or construction.
• Extensive practical knowledge of modern waterproofing, flashing details, and diverse exterior siding systems.
• Prior experience operating in an apprenticeship-style mentoring role or leading small field tasks.
