Your impact

• Restore performance by diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control issues.
• Extend equipment life with thorough preventive maintenance.
• Build and install new fluid power systems that meet safety and compliance expectations.
• Enable customer success by delivering practical training and actionable technical support.
• Capture precise service documentation to inform future maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with colleagues to innovate around difficult or unusual problems.
• Continuously learn and apply new techniques in fluid power and motion technologies.

How you’ll work

• Home base: Canton, OH region.
• Travel rhythm: approximately 80% of customer engagements are usually within one hour of your home.
• Tools and time: company vehicle provided; paid drive time.
• Comp adders: +$4/hr shift differential while on and traveling to service calls; overtime opportunities currently available.

What makes you successful

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certifications in hydraulics, pneumatics, or related fields preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnostic mindset and mechanical dexterity.
• Fluency with schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Clear, professional communication with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (vehicle provided).
