Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides the opportunity to work directly with residents to improve functional abilities, mobility, and participation in daily routines.

Position Overview:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities targeting coordination, balance, self-care, and upper extremity function
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use to promote safety and independence
• Monitor resident response during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
