1st Shift Order Picker - Now Hiring

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Greenfield, MO

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Summary of the Role:

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately pulling and preparing orders in a warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
• Organize and stack materials for shipping and storage.
• Verify order quantities and product information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour
