Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring at least 5 years of L&D experience in a Level 1 trauma setting and a minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience.

- Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hours/week)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active OK state RN license or multistate compact RN license (eNLC) required
- Required certifications (AHA only): BLS, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, and NRP Advanced Provider or NRP Instructor
- Minimum of 5 years of L&D experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
- Minimum of 2 years of travel nursing experience
- Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN or MSN preferred
- Full date of birth and full SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
- Responsible for managing an assigned patient group, documenting care, administering medications, monitoring physiological data, and coordinating with physicians and support staff
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have a 6-month separation period before being eligible for a new contract; prior travelers may only extend once, for a total of 26 weeks
- Compliance deadlines are strictly enforced — candidates must be prepared to begin onboarding immediately upon offer acceptance
