Recognized as one of the Best 150+ Places to Work in Healthcare and a Military-Friendly Gold Employer, you’ll find an inclusive and supportive environment where your contributions truly matter. **Benefits that help you thrive** + **Retirement:** 403(b) plan + **Well-being support:** Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resources **How you’ll make an impact in this role** + Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) population, supporting adults 55+ in maintaining independence and aging safely in their homes. + Review medication orders to identify, prevent, and resolve drug-related problems while recommending appropriate formulary alternatives to optimize patient outcomes. + Accurately compound and dispense medications, ensuring safe and timely delivery for a medically complex geriatric population. + Educate and counsel patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams on medication therapies, adherence, and disease management. + Collaborate with physicians and care teams while supervising pharmacy support staff and assisting with training/precepting pharmacy students as needed. **What minimum requirements you’ll need** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications. + Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association preferred. Must possess all state and local qualifications.
