Symetra has an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Sr Digital Product Manager on the Infrastructure & Operations team!
About the role
As a Sr. Digital Product Manager on the Infrastructure & Operations team, you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of infrastructure products, services, and engineering productivity tools. You'll partner closely with engineering and application teams to translate technical needs into business value, support product owners in developing user stories, and track progress on key initiatives. Leveraging strong business and technical expertise, you will drive alignment across stakeholders and guide products through their full lifecycle to deliver measurable outcomes.
What you will do
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure products, services, and engineering productivity tools
- Partner with engineering and application teams to translate technical requirements into clear business value and priorities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to develop user stories, refine backlogs, and support delivery execution
- Build alignment across business and technical stakeholders using data, research, and product management best practices
- Track, report, and drive progress on key initiatives to ensure successful outcomes across the product lifecycle

Compensation
Salary Range: $128,700 - $214,600 base plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.
Who You Are:
- You have a high school diploma (required) and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), along with 10-15 years of relevant workexperience
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex business challenges through technology
- Skilled at turning ambiguity into clear, actionable insights
- Effective influencer who can educate and align stakeholders at all levels
- Confident in negotiation and consensus-building across cross-functional teams
- Experienced facilitator who leads collaborative, detail-oriented working sessions
- Proven ability to lead and influence interdisciplinary teams across the organization
- Trusted partner who fosters collaboration and builds strong relationships
- Agile-minded, with Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar certifications preferred
- Some minimal annual travel may be required
Travel:
- Required Training & Professional Development
All newly hired people leaders with direct reports are required to complete a comprehensive leadership development program within their first year. This program includes both virtual and in-person training. The in-person sessions will take place at Symetra's corporate headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
