Tax Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Clients team. As a key member of the tax department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation of tax returns, conducting tax research, and providing guidance to clients on various tax matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably in a tax department
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with tax preparation software, such as Thomson Reuters or Wolters Kluwer

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or related field
- 7+ years of experience in public accounting
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closely-held businesses
- Familiarity with estate and gift tax planning, as well as international tax issues
- Certification in addition to CPA, such as an Enrolled Agent (EA) or a Master's in Taxation (MT)
