Quality Control Packaging Associate (3rd Shift)
Location: De Soto, KS
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:20 PM – 7:10 AM
Pay: $17.07/hour ($682.80 weekly), paid weekly

We’re hiring a Quality Control Packaging Associate for a paper product manufacturing facility in De Soto, KS. This is an entry-level opportunity and a great fit for someone reliable, detail-focused, and ready to work in a steady production environment. You’ll play an important role in making sure products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards before shipping.

Job Responsibilities:

• Package paper products accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Inspect items to ensure they meet quality standards
• Apply correct labels to packaged materials
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Support production goals by working closely with the team
• Follow all safety and facility procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have held a job for at least 1 year within the past 3 years
• No formal education required
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and team mindset
