Mechanical Assembly Technician

Work Schedule will be from 7AM - 3:30PM, M- F.

We are a family-owned American manufacturer specializing in electric actuators and controls used in valve and damper automation across industrial markets.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience who enjoys working with tools, reading blueprints, and being part of a steady Monday–Friday team.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products, parts, and components according to production requirements
• Use hand tools, assembly tools, and equipment safely and accurately
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Rotate through different production tasks as needed
• Prepare completed products for shipment
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards
• Work with team members to improve efficiency and workflow

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, mechanical work, or a related field
• Ability to read blueprints or technical instructions
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform hands-on physical work throughout the shift
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
