Production Mechanical Assemblers

Schedule:

Monday - Friday ( 7:00 am- 3:30 pm )

With the possibility of overtime ( Resume Required)

About the Job:

This position involves the mechanical assembly of main and sub-system components.

Scope of Duties:

· Perform a wide variety of mechanical installation and assembly work.

· Use standard hand and power tools as well as special fixtures.

· Ability to perform drilling, tapping, and mounting of metal and plastic parts, enclosures, and assemblies.

· Identify and report any product quality problems

· Perform other duties as assigned, such as preparation of product shipment and shop upkeep.

· Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and comply with safety requirements.

· Adhere to written company policies and procedures.

· Work well in a fast-paced, changing environment that involves good teamwork with fellow employees and the ability to interface with engineering staff.

· Travel to customer sites.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Descriptions:

· Assembly and installation of mechanical components of sub- assemblies and complex systems

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent experience.

· Ability to effectively read and write English.

· Basic mathematical knowledge.

· One to five years of related experience.

· Able to stand 4-6 hours per day.

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to travel domestically and internationally
