General Labor ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

PLI Staffing is currently hiring motivated and dependable General Labor Associates to join a growing manufacturing and distribution team. We are looking for candidates who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and are seeking long-term employment opportunities.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
(Based on experience and position)

Position Responsibilities May Include:

• Light assembly and production work
• Loading and unloading materials
• Operating walkie riders and forklifts
• Banding, wrapping, and preparing freight orders for shipment
• Machine operation and production support
• Product inspection and quality checks
• MIG welding assistance (experience helpful but not required)
• General warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance required
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule Requirements:

• All shifts available
• Availability to work 7 days a week
• Saturday and Sunday availability is REQUIRED
