Job Title: Assembly Worker – Night Shift
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (MTW), 12-hour shifts, 5:30 PM – 6AM
Pay Rate: $24.50
Dress Code: Steel-toed boots required
Experience: Assembly Experience preferred
Position Summary
As a Night Shift Assembly Worker, you will play a vital role on the manufacturing team by assembling products from individual components through the final assembly. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, values precision, and is committed to producing high-quality assemblies that meet industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products by reading and following written instructions from operation manuals
- Use hand tools and power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters, etc.) to build products according to specifications
- Complete packing operations by packaging parts into cartons and taping boxes using auto tape dispensers
- Partner with the Quality Control Team to ensure standard operating procedures and work instructions are followed
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to company safety measures
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment by resolving conflicts and supporting team members
- Collaborate with leaders to accept feedback and continuously improve performance and product quality
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to conduct repetitive movements of lightweight parts (up to 10 lbs. per part)
- Strong time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with others
- Capacity to read and follow written instructions
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and adaptability required
