Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Lakeport, California. The selected candidate will primarily perform outpatient physical therapy services, developing and implementing treatment programs tailored to individual patient needs. Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California physical therapy license; graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association with a B.S., B.A., M.A., M.S., or D.P.T. degree; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; at least 2 years of direct outpatient experience.

- Float: Float rotation may be required.
