Elko, Nevada Obstetrics and Gynecology Locum Tenens Opportunity

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Nevada-licensed Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians for a locum tenens assignment in Elko, Nevada. This role offers the flexibility of clinic-based coverage with a focus on GYN and OB patient care, including prenatal services, within a busy outpatient setting.

Opportunity Highlights

• Obstetrics and Gynecology locum tenens role
• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with patient start times at 8:00 AM
• Coverage dates: June 4th 7:00 AM – June 11th 7:00 PM; June 15th 7:00 AM – June 22nd 7:00 AM; June 29th 7:00 AM – July 9th 7:00 PM
• Clinic volume: 3 to 4 days per week
• Focus on GYN and OB patient care, including prenatal services
• Provider will be responsible for managing prenatal care and general OB/GYN duties

Schedule Details

• Work 3 to 4 days per week
• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Patient start time: 8:00 AM
• Specific shift details to be confirmed during onboarding

Clinical Scope

• Outpatient OB and GYN patient evaluation, management, and follow-up
• Prenatal care and obstetric management
• Gynecological examinations, procedures, and patient education
• Collaboration with clinic staff and support teams
• Documentation within the electronic medical record system

Requirements

• MD degree
• Active Nevada medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ability to provide prenatal care
• Responsible for obtaining and submitting all pre-hire requirements, including background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outpatient OB/GYN experience
• Comfortable managing prenatal and obstetric patients in a clinic setting
