Project Superintendent (Healthcare Construction)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Jobsite management
• 3+ yrs experience in healthcare/general construction
• Minimal travel
• Provide responsible/proactive solutions to jobsite issues
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction documents
• Initiate schedules, daily reports, and communication with subcontractors, vendors, and hospital staff
• Professionally represent H&H on and off the jobsite
• Safety compliant

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Solid understanding of the safety protocols a healthcare environment requires
• Versed in Divisions and Phases in Construction
• Working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, and Office 365

Key Performance Indicators:

• Develops a thorough understanding of project scope and provides major oversight in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive jobsite
• Maintains and update construction documentation, schedules, feedback, daily reports, and site pics for projects in Procore
• Able to serve as lead contact onsite, maintaining a professional demeanor in all circumstances, serving as a true Ambassador of H&H
• Works well collaboratively with H&H Project Managers, Architects, Owners and Stakeholders to oversee the construction of rooms and facilities for the medical industry
