Our independent contractors enjoy:

• Paid drive time to and from their district (if on-site)
• Highly paid, full school day rates for all of your work completed during the regular school day (no separate rates for direct and indirect time)
• Office hours pay if any work is needed outside the regular school day
• Support and training to ensure success with any district systems including IEP management systems and Medicaid billing
• Access to online evaluation tools as well as district provided evaluation tools
• Flexibility to make a schedule that works for their availability and needs
