License Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time
Location: Clarksburg, WV
Shifts Available: Day and Night (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 3 shifts per week (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our patients. Both day and night shift positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members to implement care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in good standing (state)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or hospital setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
