Who We Are Looking For

We are looking beyond basic sales experience. We want a self-motivated, experienced sales representative who is genuinely passionate about the boating lifestyle, possesses stellar interpersonal skills, and is driven to build long-term, trusting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive Sales & Growth: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation using CRM software to closing the deal.

· Digital & Social Marketing: Utilize social media platforms to generate leads, showcase inventory, and engage with the boating community.

· Hands-On Operations: Assist with moving boats on the yard, setting up and attending boat shows, and conducting thrilling on-the-water demos.

· Customer Relationship Management: Maintain daily customer communications and deliver a seamless, high-touch buying experience.

What You Bring to the Team

· A proven track record in sales (marine or big-ticket luxury item experience is a major plus!).

· A deep, authentic passion for the marine and boating lifestyle.

· A customer-centric approach with exceptional communication skills.

· Tech-savviness, with comfort using CRM systems and social media for business growth.

· Ability to handle the physical aspects of the job, including moving inventory and operating boats safely.
