The Store Manager oversees all daily operations of King Kone in Pearl River, ensuring smooth service, high-quality products, and an exceptional customer experience. This role combines leadership, hands‐on teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations — Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory flow, cash handling, and overall store readiness.
• Team Leadership — Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff; foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Customer Experience — Ensure friendly, efficient service; resolve customer concerns; maintain King Kone’s reputation for hospitality.
• Quality Control — Uphold product standards, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Inventory Management — Track stock levels, place orders, reduce waste, and maintain accurate records.
• Financial Oversight — Monitor sales, labor costs, and daily cash reconciliation; support budgeting and performance goals.
• Seasonal Readiness — Prepare for peak-season volume, staffing needs, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality (1–3 years preferred).
• Customer Service Skills with a friendly, upbeat, community‐focused approach.
• Operational Knowledge including cash handling, scheduling, and inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high‐volume environment.
• Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organizational skills.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and peak-season hours.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort working in warm or outdoor environments during peak season.
