Associate Attorney

This position is located in Columbia Falls, MT and will require you to relocate.

We are in search of an Associate Attorney to work with two other attorneys in a small boutique firm with an emphasis on transactional work. The firm specializes in business law, employment law, and estate planning. The firm is expanding to include some civil litigation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting legal documents
• Provide advice to corporate/perspective clients regarding employment law issues
• Perform legal research
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Montana
• Employment Law or Estate Planning planning preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Attention to detail
