Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position in Ukiah, California. This role involves planning and executing segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental functions. The therapist will serve as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team approach to patient care, providing individualized therapy interventions.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent; state licensure for physical therapy; Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent certification from an approved vendor.
- Preferred Qualifications: Pelvic floor therapy experience; PRPC or WCS certification or working towards certification; three to five years of outpatient physical therapy experience.
- Essential Functions: Completes evaluations ensuring quality standards; utilizes appropriate clinical techniques; establishes individualized treatment, care, and discharge plans; ensures plans are communicated effectively; maintains comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation; supervises assigned assistants; performs other job-related duties as assigned.
