- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to effectively plan and facilitate meetings and workgroups.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and manage to schedule.

Home Base is seeking an Associate Director to accelerate Home Base's rapidly growing, mission-driven organization. The overall goal of this position to oversee, implement, and grow Florida operations that execute Home Base's four pillars: clinical care, wellness, education, and research. The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director of National Network Operations & Strategy.
