Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Provide leadership to the Pizza Shop.
• Train, coach, mentor team and lead by example to ensure excellent guest service.
• Maintains effective communications within and between departments to ensure proper servicing of guests' expectations.
• Effectively manage COGs, labor, and restaurant expenses
• 3-5 years of Food Management experience in a resort or similar setting
• Pizza Kitchen experience with systems and controls
• Excellent communication, hospitality, and planning skills
