Location: Rincon, GA
Shift: First Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime mandatory as needed)
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Required Equipment ExperienceCandidates must have recent, hands-on experience operating ALL of the following equipment:
- Sit-Down Clamp Truck
- Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Reach Truck
- Cherry Picker
The Forklift Operator II is responsible for safely and efficiently operating material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse distribution environment.
This role requires experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment and the ability to work in a racked warehouse setting. Operators may also perform order-picking and inventory-related duties. A minimum of 50% of the workday will be spent operating powered industrial equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Operate sit-down clamp trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, EPJs, and other warehouse equipment for at least 50% of the workday.
- Safely move, stack, and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Unload inbound shipments and transport products to storage areas.
- Pull, stage, and prepare products accurately for outbound shipments.
- Verify product quantities and product types prior to shipment.
- Perform order-picking duties while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
- Move products between staging areas, storage locations, and trailers.
- Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
- Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and required documentation.
- Utilize RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Maintain records supporting inventory control and product security.
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle count activities.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory organization.
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
- Communicate safety concerns and operational issues to management promptly.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of forklift and warehouse equipment operating experience.
- Certification on at least three (3) types of powered industrial equipment required.
- Able to pass a forklift evaluation test completed onsite.
- Experience working in a racked warehouse environment preferred.
- Proven ability to operate sit-down clamp trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and EPJs.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. without restriction.
- Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above and below waist level.
- Ability to walk long distances throughout a large distribution center.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including changes in temperature, lighting, and noise levels.
- Must be able to safely access all areas of the facility.
- Must be available to work overtime and occasional extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
