Assembler – Electro‑Mechanical (Aircraft Components)

Hands‑On Build Work | Training Provided | High‑Quality Shop

Join a team building aircraft components from start to finish. If you like mechanical work, tools, and seeing your projects come together, this role gives you stability, skill‑building, and a clean, organized environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble electro‑mechanical aircraft parts using hand & power tools
  • Read blueprints and schematics to complete builds accurately
  • Use rivet guns, drill presses, and fabrication tools
  • Measure and mark materials with precision
  • Assist with hydraulic work and wiring (training provided)
  • Follow assembly procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
What You Bring
  • 6+ months mechanical assembly or fabrication experience
  • Tape‑measure accuracy (3+ months)
  • 1+ year using power tools
  • Ability to read blueprints/schematics
  • Comfort with rivet guns, drill presses, and shop tools
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
  • Strong attention to detail + safety mindset
Nice to Have
  • Mechanical assembler or fabrication experience
  • Basic hydraulic or electrical knowledge
  • Comfort in a tool‑intensive environment
  • Willingness to learn new processes

This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
