Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours, 8am - 5pm

What’s a typical day as an Inventory/Materials Specialist? You’ll be:
- Maintaining accurate inventory records, locations, and transactions using inventory management software or spreadsheets.
- Performing regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies or inventory shrinkage.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, including shortages, overages, and variances by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess previous fork truck experience.
- Bring prior experience in inventory control, materials handling, or warehouse operations.
- Are familiar with inventory management software, spreadsheets, or databases, and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
