Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will support customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. This role partners with operations to

resolve quality issues and strengthen quality systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer complaints, returns, and 8D corrective actions
• Identify root causes and implement solutions with plant teams
• Maintain and improve quality systems (ISO/IATF compliance)
• Support SPC, process controls, and operator training
• Conduct internal audits and LPAs
• Assist with PPAPs and quality documentation
• Review and disposition non-conforming materials
• Maintain FMEA/PFMEA and control plans
• Support gage R&R and training initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years in quality
• Experience in manufacturing (machining/metals preferred)
• Strong GD&T and measurement knowledge
• Familiar with ISO/IATF, SPC, and problem-solving tools

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
